Welcome to Viva Integrative Coaching & Consulting, a NeuroSomatic, Trauma-informed, and Transformative approach to journeying and healing. It concentrates on neuro and trauma informed inclusive care, for trauma, chronic illness/pain. LaShay is an associate mental health therapist and has her yoga certification. Her coaching integrates all of this and it's conveniently virtual.
